Abstrakt (ENG):
In the study, we examine the question of (un)motivated character names in relation to the depiction of their actions, based on the opposition of symmetry and asymmetry of form and content, which is reflected in the semiotic opposition of the iconic-symbolic and arbitrary principle. We demonstrate this knowledge in the prose of the Slovak writer Vanda Rozenbergová.
