Abstrakt (ENG):

The nationalist sentiment present in contemporary Russia is also manifested in speculative fiction, especially in a specific genre of fantasy novels about so-called “popadantsy”, a term for someone who suddenly appear in another world or time. These are often novels where time travellers “correct” the mistakes of the past and help to make Russia greater. This paper aims to introduce this phenomenon and the research on it so far.
