Abstrakt (ENG):
The article is devoted to a lexico-semantic group ‘close relatives’ in media texts in Russian mass-circulation youth magazines published in the 2000s (Молоток, Ровесник). The paper singles out usage peculiarities of codified and non-codified lexical units denoting close relatives in two types of magazines – the ones aimed at adolescent audience and the ones which are so called proper youth periodicals.
