Abstrakt (ENG):

The published documents are related to the activities of the Rehabilitation Commission of the Union of Slovak Writers, which worked under the leadership of L. Novomeský from May 1968 to February 1969. Its purpose was to document, publish and revoke injustice committed to writers, members, non-members and also employees of the Union in the previous period. The Commission’s goal was civic, occupational and social level of rehabilitation. The materials include in particular the records of the meetings of the commission, the interim and final report, the recommendations for the member commission of the Union and the reviews on the work of some authors. Correspondence between L. Novomeský and one of the rehabilitated writers, the translator M. Gacek, is also presented.
